2 Magic Mushrooms ceremonies by Benjo Podlech, experienced with plant medicines since 2012, plus psychologist and coach.
San Pedro (Huachuma) hike ceremony by Benjo Podlech in Els Amunts natural area in north Ibiza.
3 Rapé ceremonies (dried tobacco powder) – clearing the mind and cleansing the body and energy field, used in combination with sacred medicines.
Integration workshops by Nicolás Jaramillo, sexologist, psychologist and hypnotherapist who focuses on psycho-somatic trauma work. The workshops combine diverse and creative methods, such as sharing circles, writing, art therapy, meditation, walks in the forest and ecstatic dance.

Very high facilitator-to-guest ratio. A team of 11 people, with a maximum of 13 participants, will ensure you always feel supported.
Personal support before and after the retreat – you will have an Avalon family member assigned to guide you through the preparation and integration.
