What is the difference between 4 or 6 day retreat? Which one you recommend?
There is no wrong answer. Many qualify the retreat as one of the most important experiences of their lives, whilst some couples venture on the journey together and take their relationship to another level. However, if you come as a couple, it is strictly necessary that each one focuses on their own process and respects that of the other.
Is it better that I come alone or is it okay if I come with my partner?
There is no wrong answer. What happens if I have my period during the retreat?
The relationship between medicine and the female menstrual cycle depends on cultural tradition. Some ancestral traditions do not allow women in their period to participate in ceremony. However, our shamans have great experience with medicine and know a procedure to take care of the energy of the menstruating woman, her process during the ceremony and that of everyone in the room. It is only necessary to inform us beforehand.
May I come for a shorter stay? (less than the program length)
At Avalon we open and close together, it’s part of the ritual. We deeply believe in profound transformations and optimal integration, so if you cannot attend the 6-day retreat, we recommend that you participate in the 4-day retreat or contact us to design a tailored program.
How much is a retreat in Barcelona?
Prices at Avalon vary depending on the type of event you would like to take as well as the chosen accommodation. Ceremony prices range from €150 to over €2,000 for long retreats.
