Oh hello you,
My name is Nathalie and I am in love with life itself.
I love to create order and structure in situations and doing jigsaw puzzles are my kind of meditation.
I’ve always been a people’s person and fascinated by our behaviour and decision making processes. Through the events in my life and my personal challenges, I’ve gotten to know myself on a deep level.
As a former dancer I’ve been around the block when it comes to integration. I mean, I can talk for an eternity about the perfect pirouette; but the only way to master it is to just DO IT!
Personal development has been a passion of mine for more than half of my life by now. I’ve learned so much about who I am, through movement, that I couldn’t not pass that wisdom on. That’s why I’ve been teaching for over ten years now and a coach for five years.
Sometimes we experience that going inwards, towards our emotions, is a scary thing. Know that we fully understand you.
Remember that whatever we practice, we make perfect. Taking that first step together with others can make it all so much easier.
