1. Identificación

1.1 WEAREAVALON.LOVE es una marca registrada y página web utilizada por LOVE IS THE ANSWER, S.L., sociedad mercantil domiciliada en la calle Cervantes, número 140, piso 2, puerta 2, de la ciudad de Terrassa (Barcelona), España, CP 08221 con NIF B02810588 (en adelante, la ORGANIZACIÓN)

1.2 La ORGANIZACIÓN presta principalmente sus servicios a los socios de la entidad ASOCIACION INTERTRIBAL PARA EL CRECIMIENTO DE LA CONSCIENCIA, entidad con NIF G01660034 y domiciliada en Barcelona, en calle Bruc, nº 99, piso 3, puerta 2 CP 08009

2. Servicios ofrecidos

Los servicios que se pueden contratar en esta página web son eventos que se realizan en España. Principalmente los eventos que se ofertan son retiros o estancias de varios días y sesiones puntuales en las que el objetivo es la mejora del bienestar mental y físico de los asistentes. En dichos eventos se practican diferentes técnicas y se ofrecen diferentes actividades por lo que generalmente tienen un carácter holístico.

3. Reservas

3.1 Para garantizar la asistencia al evento el cliente deberá rellenar un formulario con sus datos (incluidos los de carácter médico) y realizar un pago (mínimo del 75% del coste total del evento) en concepto de depósito. 

 

3.2 Una vez recibido el pago y siempre que cumpla los requisitos para poder asistir, la ORGANIZACIÓN confirmará al cliente la plaza para su asistencia al evento escogido. 

 

3.2 En caso de que el cliente no cumpla los requisitos exigidos y haya realizado el depósito, la ORGANIZACIÓN procederá al reembolso íntegro del depósito durante los cinco días siguientes.

4. Precios y pagos

4.1 Los impuestos están incluidos en los precios mostrados en la página web.

 

4.2 Para realizar el pago del depósito de un evento el cliente podrá pagar mediante tarjeta de crédito, transferencia bancaria o Pay Pal.

 

4.2 El cliente deberá abonar la cantidad restante del pago como máximo el día en que empieza el evento. Solo se aceptará como método de pago de la cantidad restante el dinero en efectivo y en euros (salvo que exceda del máximo legal permitido por ley).

5. Política de cancelaciones y devoluciones (por parte del cliente)

5.1 El cliente podrá cancelar su reserva en cualquier momento, para ello deberá notificarlo a la ORGANIZACIÓN 

5.2 Si el cliente realiza la cancelación como mínimo 21 días antes del evento tendrá la opción de traspasar el 100% de su depósito a otro evento que se realice en una fecha que pueda asistir. En ningún caso el depósito es reembolsable.

5.3 Si el cliente realiza la cancelación con menos de 21 días de antelación perderá el 100% del depósito y no tendrá la opción de traspasar su depósito a otro evento.

5.4 Si, por cualquier causa, el cliente abandona el evento antes de su finalización no se le reembolsará la parte proporcional de este.

6. Política de cancelaciones y devoluciones (por parte de la organización)

6.1 La ORGANIZACIÓN se reserva el derecho, en cualquier circunstancia, de cancelar un evento.

 

6.2 En caso de que la organización cancele un evento, ofrecerá al cliente la posibilidad de traspasar esa reserva a otras fechas o un reembolso completo de todo el pago realizado.

7. Desplazamiento hasta el lugar del evento y seguro de viaje

7.1 El desplazamiento hasta el lugar del evento o hasta la ubicación para desplazarse al lugar donde el cliente será recogido por parte de la ORGANIZACIÓN es responsabilidad del cliente y es bajo su propio coste. La ORGANIZACIÓN no será responsable de las consecuencias derivadas de retrasos o cancelaciones de ninguna de las empresas con las que haya concertado su viaje, ni de ninguna irregularidad en su documentación requerida para viajar. 

 

7.2 Debido a lo expresado en el punto anterior, si el cliente viaja al evento desde el extranjero la ORGANIZACIÓN le recomienda suscribir un seguro de viaje que cubra su actividad, así como la cancelación de vuelos inesperada, enfermedades u otros problemas.

8. Cambios en el programa del evento

Durante los eventos puede ocurrir que se realicen cambios de tipología en las actividades o en los horarios debido a imprevistos ajenos a la ORGANIZACIÓN. En estos casos la ORGANIZACIÓN informará al cliente lo antes posible y realizará los cambios por actividades similares o con horarios que interfieran lo mínimo en el evento.

9. Salud

Si las condiciones de salud del cliente son claramente contrarias con lo que el cliente reflejó en el cuestionario de salud o si el cliente ha hecho caso omiso a las indicaciones realizadas por la ORGANIZACIÓN, esta se reserva el derecho de limitar al cliente la asistencia a cualquiera de las actividades del evento.

10. Responsabilidad de los objetos personales de los clientes

10.1 La ORGANIZACIÓN no se hace responsable de la pérdida o daños que sufran los objetos personales de los clientes durante los eventos, siempre que no sean causados por personal de la misma ORGANIZACIÓN. 

 

10.2 La ORGANIZACIÓN aconseja a los clientes que mantengan las precauciones habituales con sus objetos de valor y si tienen algo muy valioso que desean proteger que se pongan en contacto con el responsable de la ORGANIZACIÓN.

11. Propiedad intelectual y derechos

El cliente reconoce y acepta que la Organización ostenta y es titular de los derechos de propiedad intelectual, industrial y de imagen, derivados directa o indirectamente de las actividades que se realicen durante el evento, sin más limitación que la LOPDGDD y RPGD.

12. Problemas durante los eventos

Si durante el evento surge algún problema el cliente deberá informar en ese momento al responsable de la ORGANIZACIÓN para que pueda solucionarlo

2. Services offered

The services that can be hired on this website are events that take place in Spain. Mainly the events that are offer are retreats or stays of several days and specific sessions in which the objective is to improve the mental and physical well-being of the attendees. In these events, different techniques are practiced and different activities are offered, so they generally have a holistic character.

3. Reserve

3.1 To guarantee attendance at the event, the client must fill out a form with their data (including those of a medical nature) and make a payment (minimum of 75% of the total cost of the event) as a deposit.

3.2 Once the payment has been received and provided that the requirements to be able to attend are met, the ORGANIZATION will confirm the place for the client to attend the chosen event.

3.2 In the event that the client does not meet the required requirements and has made the deposit, the ORGANIZATION will proceed to the full refund of the deposit during the following five days.

4. Prices and payments

4.1 Taxes are included in the prices displayed on the website.

4.2 To pay the deposit for an event, the client may pay by credit card, bank transfer or Pay Pal.

4.2 The client must pay the remaining amount of the payment no later than the day the event begins. Only cash (in euros) will be accepted as a method of payment for the remaining amount (unless it exceeds the legal maximum allowed by law).

5. Cancellation and refund policy (by the customer)

5.1 The client may cancel his reservation at any time, for this he must notify the ORGANIZATION.

5.2 If the client makes the cancellation at least 21 days before the event, they will have the option of transferring 100% of their deposit to another event that takes place on a date that they can attend. In no case is the deposit refundable.

5.3 If the client makes the cancellation less than 21 days in advance, he will lose 100% of the deposit and will not have the option to transfer his deposit to another event.

5.4 If, for any reason, the client leaves the event before its completion, the proportional part of it will not be reimbursed.

6. Cancellation and refund policy (by the organization)

6.1 The ORGANIZATION reserves the right, in any circumstance, to cancel an event.

 6.2 In the event that the ORGANIZATION cancels an event, it will offer the client the possibility of transferring that reservation to other dates or a full refund of all the payment made

7. Travel to the place of the event and travel insurance

7.1 The trip to the place of the event or to the location to move to the place where the client will be picked up by the ORGANIZATION is the responsibility of the client and is at their own cost. The ORGANIZATION will not be responsible for the consequences derived from delays or cancellations of any of the companies with which you have arranged your trip, nor for any irregularity in your documentation required to travel.

7.2 Due to what was stated in the previous point, if the client travels to the event from abroad, the ORGANIZATION recommends that they take out travel insurance that covers their activity, as well as unexpected flight cancellations, illnesses or other problems.

8. Changes in the event program

During the events, it may happen that typology changes are made in the activities or in the schedules due to unforeseen events unrelated to the ORGANIZATION. In these cases, the ORGANIZATION will inform the client as soon as possible and will make the changes for similar activities or with schedules that interfere the least in the event.

9. Health

If the client’s health conditions are clearly contrary to what the client reflected in the health questionnaire or if the client has ignored the indications made by the ORGANIZATION, the ORGANIZATION reserves the right to limit the client’s assistance to some of the event activities.

10. Responsability for customers' personal objects

10.1 The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for the loss or damage suffered by clients’ personal belongings during the events, as long as they are not caused by personnel of the ORGANIZATION itself.

10.2 The ORGANIZATION advises clients to maintain the usual precautions with their valuables and if they have something very valuable that they wish to protect, they should contact the person in charge of the ORGANIZATION.

11. Intellectual property and rights

The client acknowledges and accepts that the Organization holds and is the owner of the intellectual, industrial and image property rights, derived directly or indirectly from the activities carried out during the event, without further limitation than the LOPDGDD and RPGD.

12. Problem during events

If a problem arises during the event, the client must inform the person in charge of the ORGANIZATION at that time so that he can solve it.
