6-day Holistic Men’s Retreat w/ Plant Medicine in Ibiza, Spain

1 Magic Mushrooms ceremony by Benjo Podlech (11 years experience with plant medicines plus psychologist and coach). This ceremony will be celebrated in a different location from the accommodation.
1 San Pedro (Huachuma) hike ceremony by Benjo Podlech in Els Amunts natural area in north Ibiza.
2 Rapé ceremonies (dried tobacco powder) – clearing the mind and cleansing the body and energy field, used in combination with sacred medicines.
2 Integration workshops, combining diverse and creative methods, such as sharing circles, writing, art therapy, and ecstatic dance.
5 Men’s circles hosted by Benjo Podlech. Themes: sexuality and intimacy, emotional vocabulary, relationship with father, and scarcity.
4 Movement sessions by Alberto Moreno and Nico Andonakis. Designed to wake up the dormant man inside and increase your vitality as a man.
4 Ice bath and sauna sessions.
1 Temazcal (traditional sweat lodge) by Addali Galván.
1 Holotropic Breathwork session by Abel Jalal.
5 Meditation sessions.
10 Wholesome meals consisting of premium quality, certified organic ingredients, local fruits, and grass-fed meats by Jose Catriman and his team.

Location
A reformed 400-year-old Ibizenco monastery nestled in the forest of San Miguel (Ibiza) with panoramic views, cascades, fountains, fish ponds, and three Balinese temples. Carefully decorated indoors and outdoors with antique furniture, linen textiles, and art elements from Indonesia, Ibiza, and Morocco.
Very high facilitator-to-guest ratio. A team of 12 people for a maximum of 16 participants will ensure you feel supported at all times.
Personal support before and after the retreat – you will have an Avalon family member assigned to guide you through the preparation and integration.
Ceremonies in an especially safe setting, with individualized attention from our healers. Our ceremony team consists of 5 experienced sacred space guardians and musicians.
