5 Alchemy breathwork practises. Pranayama adapted breath sequences with freediving-inspired breath hold technology.

4 Alchemy flow practises—movement workshop designed to get the body’s major joints primed for breathwork practices.
9 Peak state session. Hot (sauna) and cold (ice bath) exposure sequences.

A reformed 400-year-old Ibizenco monastery nestled in the forest of San Miguel (Ibiza) with panoramic views, cascades, fountains, fish ponds, and three Balinese temples. Carefully decorated indoors and outdoors with antique furniture, linen textiles, and art elements from Indonesia, Ibiza, and Morocco.
Very high facilitator-to-guest ratio. A team of 9 people for a maximum of 16 participants will ensure you always feel supported.
Personal support before and after the retreat – an Avalon family member will be assigned to guide you through the preparation and integration.
Ceremonies in an especially safe setting, with individualised attention from our healers. Our ceremony team consists of 5 experienced sacred space guardians and musicians.
